1. How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Mainland

All orders for stock items are dispatched same day for delivery next working day (providing orders are placed by or before 2pm).

Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland

The fastest service we can offer for these locations is 2-3 working days. These orders will not qualify for free delivery, carriage will be charged dependent upon order content.

2. How much will the delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all of our products being dispatched to UK mainland destinations, providing that the order value is £75 or more before VAT.  Orders below this will be attract a £9.50 postage and packaging charge.

We can also accommodate special deliveries (pre 9am, pre 10am or pre noon), if this is something you require then please do not hesitate to contact our sales office, stating the details of the delivery destination, the number of products you require and which of the above options you need.  Our sales team will then get back to you promptly with confirmation of the cost of your consignment to be delivered by the time required.

Unfortunately orders to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland do not qualify for free delivery. Carriage depends on location and order.

3. Are the prices I can see discounted?

4. How do I know if an item I am viewing is a stock item?

All products shown either on our website, in our product guide or in our promotional leaflets are held in stock and available for delivery next working day.

5. Do you deliver overseas?

We do not currently provide an overseas delivery service.

7. Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we have a catalogue which is available for trade users.  To receive a copy please email sales@groundsmantools with your name, business name, address, contact number and daytime address.
